Hardware: Siemens PLC, Tempsens thermocouples, induction and servo motors, Eastern recuperator.

Software: AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, XG5000 for PLC programming.

Gas Control: Kromschroder air/gas ratio controller, solenoid gas valve, burners, and related components.

Role & Contribution: Mechanical fabrication, machining, PID development, electrical wiring, and PLC programming were integrated into the project delivery.

Project Outcome: Successfully implemented, optimizing industrial heat treatment processes and reducing energy consumption.
